Doug has worked in the IT industry for over twenty years, initially starting in software engineering, before moving towards business analysis and consultancy. Specialising in the delivery of Agile business solutions, Doug has extensive experience in customer engagement across many sectors and industries – from local government to retail organizations. Doug has worked in variety of roles within the industry, including Business Analyst, Product Owner, Solutions Architect, Software and Sharepoint Developer, as well as holding senior positions in Account and Delivery Management.
Doug specialised in software development, creating web applications and integrations for information management systems, eventually becoming a specialist developer of MS SharePoint applications. Doug also worked as a Retail IT Specialist, implementing custom EPOS and EFTPOS solutions for large Multinational customers including Clarks International, Thomas Cook and the National Exhibition Centre.
Doug thrives on variety in his role. He’s always happy whether he is helping multinationals with complex problems or entrepreneurs to define their next new project. He loves taking a vague outline to solid testable concept and through to launch. His experience in the industry has led him to understand the importance of value and he has a proven track record of managing offshore development teams to ensure that they meet the customers financial and product requirements within the agreed programme timelines.

With over 15 years of industry experience he has worked predominantly in the Outsourced Managed Services industry with clients from a diverse range of industry sectors engaging with major multinationals as well as SMEs and start-ups to fulfil their business objectives.
David has worked his way through a variety of positions over the years including Service desk and ITIL Service Management, Projects and Service Introduction and more recently working in senior management role as the Global Operations Manager for a large global service center. Specializing in Transition and Transformation, Call Management System Design and Development, IT Proactive Analytics, Governance Documentation and Process Development & Implementation.
David’s true passion however lies within Agile Programme Management and Business Analysis and he excels when he combines his experience of planning, process modelling, CX/UX design and strategic methodologies. He loves collaborating with people and organisations to define and implement their business product or strategy.
